20 Year Club
The 20 Year Club celebrates long term employees and their ongoing commitment to Empower Engineers & Project Managers and the BMD Group. Established in 2009, the 20 Year Club has grown to 64 members in 2015. Each year, new members are inducted by Group Board Chairman and Managing Director Mick Power AM at a special celebratory event.
The continued success of the club illustrates BMD’s commitment to valuing and developing their people.
